Customers must provide a Canadian address for shipping, and payment must be from a Canadian credit card. Payments are processed by Square (squareup.com) via their secure payment portal.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, complete with tracking information and shipping insurance.
LIABILITY:
As this unique product has been requested by the customer, any damage, injury, or loss, resulting from its use are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS:

All parts or service work is subject to a 90 day repair or replacement warranty.
All parts must be installed by a licenced technician, or any warranty is void, and no longer in effect.
Parts may be returned if, (A) no more than 30 days from the date of purchase have elapsed,
and (B) the parts are in "as shipped" condition and remain saleable.
Any returned part is subject to a 35 percent (%) restocking fee, and only the remaining 65 percent (%) of the original purchase price may be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Software:
Purchases of computer software (programming or tuning), as requested by the customer, are deemed to be "opened" or "used" by the customer once delivered to the customer. Therefore, all software purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
